China is deeply concerned about the repeated attacks on its workers. It has urged Pakistan, stating that it is ready to send its own military to ensure the safety of its citizens and workers. However, Pakistan has not agree to this demand from China.

China's demand is being seen as a sign of its decreasing trust in Pakistan. Meanwhile, the Chinese Army Chief, General Zhang Youxia, arrived in Pakistan's capital, Islamabad, on Wednesday. He was accompanied by a large delegation.

General Zhang Youxia held talks with Pakistan's Army Chief, General Asim Munir, on Wednesday. The Pakistan military has issued a statement regarding this meeting.

China expressed concern.

According to the Pakistan news portal Dawn, discussions between the two countries focused on regional security, stability, and strengthening mutual defense cooperation.

Sources also revealed that Chinese Army Chief General Zhang expressed concern over ongoing anti-terror operations and attacks on Chinese citizens in Pakistan. He asked Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir about the measures being taken to control such incidents.

China wants to take the safety of its soldiers into its own hands.

China is demanding to take the security of its citizens into its own hands. However, Pakistan has stated that after discussions on security, an understanding on sovereignty was reached.

The Pakistan Foreign Ministry also mentioned that during the talks, discussions were held on Afghanistan and India's role in the region, particularly regarding active terrorist organizations in Afghanistan.

It is important to note that China's military is currently conducting exercises in Pakistan. These drills are being carried out within Pakistan and are expected to continue until December 15. After the meeting between Pakistan's Army Chief General Asim Munir and the Chinese Army Chief, General Zhang was thanked for the annual support providing by China.
